Corinne Smith
Corinne Smith serves as President and CEO of The Estes Group. Corinne has over 20 years in sales, marketing, customer service and business development experience in technology, operations, and support. She began her career as a customer service professional, migrated into technology and staffing, and has carried her focus on client satisfaction into all of her activities. She has worked for or consulted with numerous large corporations including Manpower, MolsonCoors, American Home Products, and many others, and has delivered solutions and technology personnel for major engagements throughout the US. Intensely service-oriented, Corinne is active in many causes, civic organizations, her community and business improvement groups. Her passion for excellence drives the firm, including leadership of our personnel and our management teams.
Bruce Grant
Bruce Grant serves as the Managing Partner of The Estes Group. His prior career has focused entirely on technology deployment and consulting and includes serving as a Managing Director of Cap Gemini and subsequently President and Owner of The RSI Group. Mr. Grant also co-founded Luminant Worldwide, an 800 employee public IT professional services firm. Mr. Grant was elected 2001 President of the National Association of Computer Consultant Businesses (www.naccb.org) and was Chairman of the Board (2003-2005) of Engineers Without Borders – USA (www.ewb-usa.org).
Brandon Haave
Brandon Haave is a Partner leading EstesGroup’s Operations, Recruiting and Delivery Practice, including team development, recruiting, training, customer service, and client support. With over 15 years in the technology services business, Brandon joined the company in 2004 and is responsible for all aspects in our delivery process. He began his career in recruiting and staffing, moving to full project delivery capability, management and monitoring. Highly service oriented, Brandon is constantly working to improve our delivery abilities, and welcomes input from all quarters regarding our teamwork and effectiveness.
