EstesGroup LLC (“EstesGroup”) is a managed services and technology solutions provider delivering cloud-based and on-premise end-to-end ERP, CRM and Financial systems solutions. EstesGroup provides solutions that solve real business issues for large and small customers in both the public and private sectors. The EstesGroup always focuses on the needs of the customer first when delivering a business technology or software solution.

EstesGroup provides solutions that ensure customers realize the value of their software investments and continue to reap the benefits of it. In addition, EstesGroup offers additional value and services to customers with software development and support as well as staffing and consulting dependent on the client’s unique needs.

Specifically, our primary expertise is in the deployment and delivery of ERP, CRM, and Financial systems solutions, either corporate-wide or for departmental needs. We also sell and deliver cloud-based solutions, and we use all of these technologies internally as well.

Based in Colorado but with a nationwide delivery footprint and in business since 2004, EstesGroup is an authorized and SAP and Epicor partner and software reseller, serving the US market with offices in Colorado, Virginia, New York, and Minnesota. We maintain a solid “bench” of certified consultants in the technologies we support and deploy them to our clients throughout the US.

How do We Strive to Make a Difference?

EstesGroup believes the world can always be a better place, and that positive change is often the result of focused effort and teamwork of small groups of committed teams. We are deeply committed to civic, political, social, and environmental improvement through grassroots, national and global involvement, service activities and thought leadership. EstesGroup's founders, team members and consultants are often actively involved in their communities, tackling everything from charity work to political action. We encourage that dedication and support a variety of causes that help make the world a better place to live. We represent a diversity or opinions and political stances, but come together in our core belief of effective action focused on our objectives.  Currently, we support over one dozen local and national causes from a portion of the profits.

Team Leader:

Corinne Smith serves as President and CEO of Estes Group. Corinne has over 20 years in sales, marketing, customer service and business development experience in technology, operations, and support. She began her career as a customer service professional, migrated into technology and staffing, and has carried her focus on client satisfaction into all of her activities. She has worked for or consulted with numerous large corporations including Manpower, MolsonCoors, American Home Products, and many others, and has functioned as a project manager and delivered solutions and technology personnel for major engagements throughout the US. Intensely service-oriented, Corinne is active in many causes, civic organizations, her community and business improvement groups. Her passion for excellence drives the firm, including leadership of our personnel and our management teams.

Team Manager:

Bruce Grant serves as Managing Partner of EsteGroup and has over 25 years in technology solutions delivery. His career includes serving as a Managing Director of Cap Gemini and subsequently President and Co-Owner of The RSI Group through 1998. In 1999, Mr. Grant also co-founded Luminant Worldwide, a public Internet services company. Mr. Grant was elected 2001 President of the National Association of Computer Consultant Businesses (www.naccb.org) and was elected and served as Chairman of the Board (2003-2005) of Engineers Without Borders – USA (www.ewb-usa.org).

Russ Orten - CFO

Russ Orten is our CFO and brings a wealth of experience to the firm. A Colorado native and graduate of the University of Colorado with an MS in Accounting from CU as well, Russ has over 25 years of progressively responsible positions including Controller, Finance Manager, and CFO. Russ joined Estes in 2010, but has made a significant contribution in terms of organizing the group, establishing solid procedures, and converting to a new accounting system. As a veteran of big company ERP implementations in manufacturing environments with SAP and Oracle, he understands our implementation business also, and brings insight to our functional team of accounting and delivery personnel.
