Bruce Grant – President and CEO
Bruce Grant is the founder and currently serves as CEO of EstesGroup. He began his career as a programmer and project leader, and advanced as a technology management consultant. He served as a Director with Cap Gemini and subsequently became President and Co-Owner of The RSI Group through 1998. In 1999, Mr. Grant also co-founded Luminant Worldwide, a public technology services company. Mr. Grant was elected 2001 President of the TechServe Alliance (www.techservealliance.org). In 2003, Mr. Grant was elected Chairman of the Board (2003-2005) of Engineers Without Borders – USA (www.ewb-usa.org). Currently, Mr. Grant directs overall EstesGroup strategy and serves on numerous small corporate boards as well as community groups and non-profit organizations.
Mark Herman– Sr. Vice President, Sales & Services
Mark came to the EstesGroup after serving as Vice-President and Principle Consultant of IHS Technologies. He has extensive experience in manufacturing and technology, having started on the shop floor while putting himself through college to earn a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University. Following a successful career in Engineering, during which he was awarded 3 U.S. Patents, Mark migrated to the IT world where he developed and managed the transformation of a national manufacturing company from a disparate multi-site environment into a centralized organization using the latest virtual and cloud-based technologies. As part of this transformation, Mark selected Epicor ERP and spent several years managing the implementation, optimization, and support of that platform while serving as Director of IT. In 2015, Mark joined IHS Technologies where he has led numerous successful Epicor implementations and upgrades as a Project Manager and Operations/Supply Chain consultant. Mark is excited to use his experience to provide the Estes Professional Services team with the tools and guidance that enable them to continue their exceptional record of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Brandon Haave – Vice President Operations
Brandon Haave has been a part of EstesGroup since 2004. During this time Brandon has had the responsibility of building top teams in EstesGroup’s ERP and Technology. In addition to finding, recruiting and retaining talent, Brandon has at one time or another been involved in every aspect of the successful growth at EstesGroup. Brandon has twenty plus years of experience in the technology industry. He has worked with a variety of different size business organizations from venture capital/start-ups to large Fortune 1000 type companies. Brandon has a strong background in traditional staffing, professional/technical recruitment, permanent placement, executive search, contract sales, management, client negotiations, strategic business direction as well as industry consulting and training.
Brad Feakes – Vice President, Professional Services
Brad Feakes joined the EstesGroup in 2014 and manages our custom solutions team. Brad has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, construction management, supply chain, and enterprise resource planning. Before implementing business systems, Brad worked as a process analyst, in the areas of Six Sigma, Lean, Business Process Management and Value Stream Mapping. Brad has been implementing Epicor over the past ten years, both as a customer and as a consultant. His expertise includes business analysis, project management and the orchestration and administration of software development lifecycles within the context of ERP implementations. His efforts serve to support the Estes Group’s strategy of leveraging out-of-the box ERP functionality whenever possible, while organizing the design and development of custom solutions, as to maximize their return on investment, while minimizing their total cost of ownership.
Kerry Streck – Controller
Kerry started as a bookkeeper handling small business management progressing up to an Accounting Auditor working alongside CPA firms acting as the client liaison. Her background in management and team building, along with lean principles and Six Sigma training, plays a vital role managing our office headquarters and finance team. Kerry graduated Magna Cum Laude with Phi Theta Kappa honors with a degree in Accounting and her Master’s in Accounting with a minor in Human Resources. Kerry, recently promoted to Controller, leads the finance team for The Estes Group focusing on Accounting, Payroll, and Human Resources.
Daryl Sirota – Director, Technical Services
Daryl leads EstesGroup’s technology delivery for our managed services clients as well as our cloud services. Daryl has over 35 years of experience supporting technology platforms of all kinds, including networks, databases, systems and servers. He began his career performing “break-fix” work on early personal computers and programming them for small business use, then migrated into network and enterprise support. He is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in SharePoint, Exchange and Hyper-V technologies and a certified Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). In addition, Daryl is a Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP) and an HP Master Accredited Systems Engineer in Messaging & Collaboration.
Bruce Shriver – Director of Systems Engineering
Bruce has over 20 years of experience in ERP deployment and technology project management. He specializes in client development and has a strong track record in training and delivering ERP systems in accordance with his clients’ business goals. With many referenceable clients, Bruce has worked tirelessly in several roles ranging from consultant to systems engineer and sales support. During the past 3 years with EstesGroup, Bruce has always demonstrated leadership with the client and consultant project teams and has expanded his functional and technology skill base significantly.
Miranda Fallas – Business Development Manager
Miranda has had a long career in sales and business development in multiple industries. Her background of prospecting, client evolution, customer retention, and sales team management is a key reason she joined the Estes Group in 2018. Miranda’s focus at Estes Group is to grow the business through key channel sales and market diversification. Miranda enjoys her work interacting with prospective and current clients and is often a client’s first contact with our team.
Joanna Johnston – Director of Marketing
Joanna has more than a decade of marketing, sales, and consulting experience within the ERP and IT industry. She joined Estes Group in 2012 for the professional services consulting team and later moved into project management, and then Estes Group’s marketing department. Joanna has always been involved in client success, partnership development, and driving internal growth. Her education and career started with public relations, journalism, and sales.
Michael Bittner – Principal / Senior Advisor
Michael has been with EstesGroup for the past five years and is a Senior Management Consultant and has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and accounting systems development and implementation. Michael’s prior work experience includes ERP and other software systems implementation consulting, as well as development manager for several premier software providers. Michael has also worked as a research analyst for manufacturing and supply chain. Michael earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Accounting at the University of Massachusetts. He has authored numerous articles and research papers on Supply Chain for the Industry Analyst community. Michael has assisted over 30 clients in the implementation of their software solutions. Michael has also served as a consultant to the analyst community, having authored various research papers for consumption by the software user community.
